We propose a notion of stability for constant k $k$ -mean curvature hypersurfaces in a general Riemannian manifold and we give some applications. When the ambient manifold is a Space Form, our notion coincides with the known one, given by means of the variational problem.

Highlights • Rehabilitation (physical and cognitive) reduced the clinical worsening over time. • The difference between the groups that received treatment vs those that did not receive treatment was approximately 6.5 Disability Rating Scale points. • Cognitive rehabilitation was administered to patients who were less clinically impaired.
