Key messages • Compared to a non-personalised psychoeducational digital intervention, the CBT-based, personalised digital intervention levidex did not differ in its effects on inflammatory disease activity in terms of new T2 lesions and new relapses or health behaviour change within 1–2 years in this cohort of people with multiple sclerosis.
