1 Introduction The “small round blue cell tumor” morphological pattern is common among pediatric cancers, reflecting their primitive and developmental origins [1]. Despite this apparent uniformity, such neoplasms exhibit diverse clinical presentations, cancer-causing (driver) mutations, and outcomes. Recently, a round-cell tumor with a novel MN1::ZNF341 gene fusion has been described in three children [2].
