However, the distribution and clinical significance of pathogenic variants and variants of uncertainsignificance (VUS) in non-BRCA1/2 genes remain incompletely characterized. Methods: In this retrospective study, 647 individuals referred for hereditary cancer genetic testing were analyzed.
