What does Fury have to do to beat Usyk in the rematch ...
Boxing's on the night, and we know anything can happen, as rematches have shown for decades (especially in the Heavyweight division) ~ Less showboating? More body shots? Less of the front-front, game? More feints? Going southpaw? Slightly more weight? I have to say Fury's recuperative abilities are quite something, especially after the 9th round, though he still showboated even after that round, which I was quite stunned with, among other things. Also, if Fury defeats Usyk in October, he'll become: 1.
Was Fury spooked by Ngannou's power?
Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by Bart Allen, . The more I watch the fight I do wonder, and of course Toney's Reviews did say something similar: "It's because Fury was scared to commit. I truly believe Francis is the hardest puncher that [Fury] has ever fought and his counter punching was on point. Francis also controlled the outer foot control." What do you think? Definitely.

Would Joshua have an easier time with Fury and Wilder than Usyk?

David Price vs Anthony Joshua
Boxing News 24 Forum Forums > Boxing > World Boxing Forum > Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by Mighty, Oct 29, 2021 at 10:52 AM. "Prime" David Price vs "current" Joshua Who would win? It is really a who gets hit first goes. Both can whack, but i would favour Price to crack AJs temple and have him spinning. Oneirokritis likes this. Ah lol, even a 40 Yr old AJ vs a 28 Yr old price and Aj wins ffs lol . Trolling these days really has gone downhill MannyMMA, 89-0 and The Real Lance like this.
Will Fury surpass Wilder's number of defences?
Boxing News 24 Forum Forums > Boxing > World Boxing Forum > Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by Bart Allen, Oct 24, 2021 at 3:12 PM. Realistically? As Wilder successfully defended his WBC title 10 times in 4 years ~ In the modern era, the list is as follows: Wladimir Klitschko 25 Vitali Klitschko 15 Deontay Wilder 10 Anthony Joshua 9 Fury is 33 years of age, presently, so where do you see him landing on this list? Who wins the upcoming Heavyweight tournament?
Literally, it wouldn't surprise me if Wilder and Usyk end up fighting for the undisputed championship ~ I think Joshua's side will play dirty against Usyk in order to make it easier for him. So Joshua beats Usyk for me. Fury smashes Wilder to bits.
Which light-heavyweight defeats Canelo?
We know that Eddy Reynoso - who is Canelo's trainer, I have to add - has stated that if/when Canelo unifies the super-middleweight division by claiming Caleb Plant's IFB title, he'll move up to challenge Beterbiev. I'm curious how do you think these several fighters would fare against Canelo at 175lbs.
Is Uysk both AJ and Fury's Kryptonite?
After the fight, quite a lot of people suggested that Joshua would walk down Usyk, and that Fury would do something similar to what he did against Wilder in February, but would they really?
What does Tyson Fury have to do to become an All-Time-Great?

Who beats Fury?
Arguably, he's the best Heavyweight of his generation, and the best Heavyweight since Lennox Lewis. I've always been the opinion that the version of Joshua - specifically pre-Ruiz II - is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! Most people go on the back-foot when they don't possess too much power - usually, but AJ can now do both! Every fighter has to be mindful of that now. As he could switch from the back-foot, to marching you down with the right-hand.
Andy Ruiz Jr still hasn't signed the contract for Saudi Arabia rematch

Ruiz is touring Mexico, whereas Joshua is training ...
Is this rather telling of Joshua's character, and what we may expect in the rematch? Or am I just simply reading too much into this?

If Ali and Patterson did it, why can't AJ?
If I'm not mistaken, if Joshua defeats Ruiz, he'll become the fourth Heavyweight in history to win his title straight after losing it i.e. Patterson-Johansson, Ali-Spinks and Lewis-Rahman, at Heavyweight at least - whilst I have to honour the rematch king: Sugar Ray Robinson (winning his title from LaMotta 21 days after losing it). Joshua and Ruiz had certain similarities to Patterson and Johansson (not including the champion underestimating the underdog vibe), if anyone else feels that way?
If Joshua wasn't hit with the left-hook to the temple ...
That scrambled him; would he have won the bout? Whether it be via late knockout or decision? Let's not forget, he almost ended the fight in the third round ~ there is no IF's in boxing. his defense is porous, he was hurt with the exact same shot by Dillian Whyte...
How much of a threat will Usyk and Gassiev be at Heavyweight?
Especially with the recent changing of the guard? Shouldn't their height, foot movement etc give most of these Heavyweights heart palpitations?
How long can Ruiz hold the titles for?
If he defeats Joshua again, that is ~ And is the only person to beat him in the top 5?
