¿O no?

Historically, cities have always been centres of economic activity. But as a result of globalisation, a fundamental change is occurring in the way money is earned inside cities. This is becoming ever more visible and tangible for city-dwellers. If cities are becoming amusement parks for tourists, a vehicle to earn money, what space is left for its citizens? A visual artist, Bart Stuart wishes to see ‘human beings’ become once again the focal point in the planning and development of cities.
