1 INTRODUCTION The Republic of Rwanda, also known as a country of the thousand hills, is landlocked in the central-eastern part of Africa. It was a country under German and Belgium colonies before and after the second world war, respectively. Although a beautiful scenic country, the aftermath of horrific atrocities against humanity is still felt even after 30 years due to the genocide against the Tutsi, which took place in 1994, and 1 million people were killed.
