1. Introduction Ischemic heart disease is responsible for a considerable number of deaths in the global perspective [1]. Considering the growing prevalence of major cardiovascular risk factors (e.g., obesity, diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia) in modern society, the related economic health burden is expected to grow in the future.

4. Discussion The primary finding of this study is that post-AMI patients who receive CR supported by a mobile app do not have significantly lower rates of rehospitalizations and/or urgent outpatient visits. Moreover, there were no differences observed in terms of CVD risk factors’ control. However, patients in the IG had significantly lower NT-proBNP levels when compared with CG, despite no differences at baseline.
