The 2D electronic structure is a key platform for intriguing electronic phenomena, including efficient carrier transport, high electrical conductivity, and superconductivity, in organic electronic materials.[1-4] Constructing a 2D electronic structure requires a suitable 2D molecular array or a “2D molecular slab” of π-conjugated molecules.[4] However, controlling molecular arrangement in the solid state through molecular design remains challenging.
