Introduction: Sedentary lifestyle is defined as a lack of regular physical activity, less than 30 minutes of exercise per day and less than 3 days per week. It is the fourth leading risk factor for death. It doubles the risk of cardiovascular disease, obesity and high blood pressure. Objective: To characterise epidemiologically sedentary patients at the 138 Policlínico Hermanos Cruz clinic between June 2021 and June 2023. Method: A descriptive, cross-sectional observational study was conducted.
