4. Materials and Methods 4.1. Cell Culture We used two CML in blast crisis cell lines (K-562 and LAMA-84) and five AML cell lines: HEL (human erythroleukemia), HL-60 (acute myeloid leukemia), KG-1 (human erythroleukemia), NB-4 (acute promyelocytic leukemia), and THP-1 (acute monocytic leukemia). K-562, HEL, HL-60, and KG-1 were purchased from the ATCC, and LAMA-84, NB-4, and THP-1 were purchased from the German Collection of Microorganisms and Cell Cultures (DSMZ).
