Stop wasting time, money, and food with these tips for keeping veggies fresh for meal prep! It’s no secret that I love to meal prep…or rather I meal prep because it makes my life easier and I love that. In the past I’ve shared my tips and tricks for meal prep. I’ll link to that blog series below so you can check it out.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8×8 pan with olive oil or cooking spray. To a large bowl, add mashed banana, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well. 2 large ripe bananas ¼ cup real maple syrup 1 cup creamy peanut butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Add in the oats, oat flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until everything is incorporated.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Grease your muffin tin with avocado oil spray or use muffin cup liners. Into a large bowl, combine dry ingredients: wheat flour, ⅓ cup of oats, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ½ cup coconut sugar. Mix the ingredients together and set aside.
