Data-Driven Distributed Tracking Control for Unknown MIMO Multi-Agent Systems With Multi-Node Transmission Strategy
1 Introduction Multi-agent systems (MASs) consist of multiple independent agents. Since the 1980s, MASs have been favored by researchers and widely used in intelligent transportation [1], satellite formation [2], unmanned aerial vehicle formation [3], and so forth. They rely on communication networks to coordinate with each other to achieve cooperative control. Among them, consensus control is a core issue in the field of cooperative control.
Sweetening the bonds: how O-GlcNAcylation modulates cell adhesion
Abstract O-GlcNAcylation is a dynamic, reversible post-translational modification that attaches N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) to the serine or threonine residues of intracellular proteins. Catalysed by O-GlcNAc transferase and removed by O-GlcNAcase, this modification acts as a key nutrient and stress sensor. Although cell adhesion is fundamental to tissue architecture and mechanotransduction, emerging evidence has shown that O-GlcNAcylation profoundly orchestrates these processes.
Towards self-improving error diagnosis in multi-agent systems
Large Language Model (LLM)-based Multi-Agent Systems (MAS) enable complex problem-solving but introduce significant debugging challenges, characterized by long interaction traces, inter-agent dependencies, and delayed error manifestation. Existing diagnostic approaches often rely on expensive expert annotation or 'LLM-as-a-judge' paradigms, which struggle to pinpoint decisive error steps within extended contexts.

The speciation and thermal transformation characteristics of fluorine and chlorine in industrial wastes
ABSTRACT The study investigated the chlorine and fluorine contents in three types of industrial solid waste: textile, plastic, and paper waste, utilizing various analytical methods. Significant variations in the proportions of organic and inorganic chlorine were observed among the waste types. During heat treatment, the majority of chlorine converts to a volatile state, with fixed chlorine content showing a correlation with organic chlorine.

1,3-Substituted β-Carboline Derivatives as Potent Chemotherapy for the Treatment of Cystic Echinococcosis
Echinococcosis is a global public health issue that generally occurs in areas with developed animal husbandry. In search of safe and effective therapeutic agents against echinococcosis, we designed and synthesized new 1,3-substituted β-carboline derivatives based on harmine. Among them, compounds 1a, 1c, and 1e displayed potent inhibitory activity against Echinococcus granulosus in vitro, significantly better than albendazole and harmine.

Reducing cohort bias in natural language understanding systems with targeted self-training scheme
Bias in machine learning models can be an issue when the models are trained on particular types of data that do not generalize well, causing under performance in certain groups of users. In this work, we focus on reducing the bias related to new customers in a digital voice assistant system. It is observed that natural language understanding models often have lower performance when dealing with requests coming from new users rather than experienced users.

Antibiotic Chlortetracycline Causes Transgenerational Immunosuppression via NF-κB
Synopsis Chlortetracycline can be transmitted over multiple generations and weaken the immune defense of offspring, raising concerns on the population hazards of antibiotics in natural environment. 1. Introduction The overuse and misuse of antibiotics is a global public health issue. Global antibiotic consumption increased by 65% between 2000 and 2015 (from 21.1 to 34.8 billion defined daily doses) and is estimated to reach 128 billion defined daily doses by 2030.

NFAT5 Regulated by STUB1, Facilitates Malignant Cell Survival and p38 MAPK Activation by Upregulating AQP5 in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia
Abstract Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is a clonal proliferative disease of mature B lymphocytes. To further improve the prognosis of patients, it is necessary to further elucidate the pathogenesis of CLL and find more effective therapeutic targets. Nuclear Factor of Activated T cells 5 (NFAT5) is the major activated transcription factor (TF) upon osmotic pressure increase in mammalian cells, and it also regulates many target genes to affect various cellular functions.

Twin-Fano resonator with widely tunable slope for ultra-high-resolution wavelength monitor
Abstract A twin-Fano resonator based on a Mach–Zehnder interferometer (MZI) is demonstrated on a silicon-on-insulator platform. A dual-microring resonator replaces one of the couplers of the MZI to achieve twin-Fano resonance, which originates from the interference and coupling of modes in a dual-microring resonator.

Plant flavones enhance antimicrobial activity of respiratory epithelial cell secretions against Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Flavones are a class of natural plant secondary metabolites that have anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effects. Some flavones also activate the T2R14 bitter taste receptor, which is expressed in motile cilia of the sinonasal epithelium and activates innate immune nitric oxide (NO) production. Flavones may thus be potential therapeutics for respiratory infections.
Bacterial d-amino acids suppress sinonasal innate immunity through sweet taste receptors in solitary chemosensory cells
Stimulation of the sweet taste receptor (T1R) in solitary chemosensory cells of the upper respiratory epithelium inhibits the release of antimicrobial peptides by neighboring epithelial cells. In addition to being activated by various sugars, T1R can also be activated by some d-amino acids. Lee et al. found that Staphylococcus species in the nasal cavities of chronic rhinosinusitis patients produced d-Phe and d-Leu, both of which can activate T1R.
