Abstract Patients with ALK/TP53 co-mutated lung cancer experience notably worse progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS) than those with TP53 wildtype. Nevertheless, the precise molecular mechanism underlying poor survival of patients with ALK/TP53 co-mutated lung cancer is unclear. In the cohort of 77 patients with ALK-rearranged lung cancer, TP53 mutations were identified in fifteen cases (19.5%).

1. Introduction EDM is a non-traditional, non-contact machining method that utilizes electrical energy to generate thermal energy, leading to thermal corrosion on the surface of the material being machined and causing material removal [1]. Traditional machining methods often face challenges when working with hard materials, and the resulting machined parts may have residual stresses, which can negatively impact their performance and behavior.
