The study aims to construct a peer narrative support model, train peers’ narrative abilities, and provide peer narrative support for cancer survivors returning to work. It will also observe the support process to understand the real experiences of both sides of the peer narrative support, modify and adjust the model, and evaluate its effectiveness. This study adopts a participatory action research methodology.
