(Bloomberg) -- Bain Capital is taking an equity stake in stock and options intermediary RQD* Clearing as it joins a wave of new capital entering clearing and custody markets. RQD* raised $74 million in the round, including $66 million from the Bain Capital Tech Opportunities team, according to a spokesman for the company. The balance was from venture capital firm Nyca Partners and ABN AMRO’s clearing bank, they said.
