HARRISONBURG, Va. – Top-seeded Miami (Ohio) scored consecutive goals in the second half and held off fourth-seeded James Madison, 2-1, in the semifinal round of the Mid-American Conference Field Hockey Championship on Thursday afternoon at the JMU Field Hockey Complex. The RedHawks (14-4), who rank 13th nationally, have now won seven straight to advance to Saturday's conference title game, where they will face the winner of No. 2 UMass and No. 3 App State.

OXFORD, Ohio - The Ball State field hockey team (4-13, 2-5 MAC) suffered a 5-0 setback on the road to its rival the Miami RedHawks (11-4, 6-1 MAC) Sunday afternoon at the Miami Field Hockey Complex. Although, the Cardinals struggled offensively throughout the 60-minute duration of today's contest not all was lost for Ball State.

OXFORD, Ohio  –  Central Michigan Field Hockey fell 0-8 to No. 18 Miami Friday afternoon. The RedHawks came out quickly, logging their first goal within two minutes of the starting whistle. Miami logged 4 goals in the first quarter, one in the second, and three in the third. Ashley Cogger entered the cage in the second half and logged a career high 15 saves from 18 shots on goal. Cogger stands at 85 saves on the season, the most by a Chippewa since Maja Halasz recorded 108 over 12 games in 2022.
