In face of the COVID-19 pandemic which has lasted for more than 2 years affecting all aspects of our lives across the world, psychological resilience has become an especially important trait in everyone one of us for better adaptation in such a difficult time.

1. Introduction Stroke is a neurological disease and one of the leading causes of death and disability globally (1). Post-stroke patients often encounter disabilities, such as limitations in their activities of daily living (ADL) and cognitive impairment (2). Studies have described multidisciplinary post-stroke rehabilitation programs (3) and their positive effects on post-stroke patients’ community integration and quality of life (4).
