Potentially Inappropriate Medication Use in Older Adults With Multimorbidity in Taiwan
In Taiwan, over 70% of older adults have multimorbidity (two more chronic diseases) with a third of them taking five or more medications, and are prone to having medication-related problems due to complexity of disease conditions and polypharmacy. Among Taiwanese multimorbid older patients who visited outpatient clinics, 85.6% of them have exposure to at least one potentially inappropriate medication (PIM), which may cause increased risk of adverse health outcomes.

Cooperative Transcription Factor Induction Mediates Hemogenic Reprogramming
We interrogated the gene expression changes occurring during reprogramming by mRNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis of cell populations. We sorted three biological replicates of non-transduced fibroblasts, day 15 CD49f+, day 25 CD49f+, and CD34+CD49f+ cells from both types of fibroblasts ( Figure 1 A; Table S1 ).
