The start of a new year always comes with big goals, big resolutions, and big pressure to “change everything” overnight. And honestly? That’s usually why most resolutions don’t stick. This year, I’m doing something different. I’m kicking off Bianca’s 26 for 26 Challenge — a simple, realistic reset that anyone can do anytime throughout the year, not just in January. The idea is easy: 26 days of small, intentional habits that add up to something bigger.

This week, I had the chance to interview someone incredibly inspiring — a young writer from right here in the Coachella Valley. Her name is Zoe, she’s just 14 years old, and she has officially published her very first book! It’s called The Night Before Christmas Retold By a Kid, and it’s exactly what it sounds like — a fresh, fun, and imaginative twist on the classic holiday story, told from a kid’s perspective.

April in the Coachella Valley means riding the wave of creativity, community, and iconic music—and 2026 is set to deliver. Headliners Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G are taking over Indio’s Empire Polo Club across two weekends (April 10-12 and 17-19), supported by an electrifying roster including The Strokes, FKA twigs, Young Thug, Bigbang, PinkPantheress, and more. As a native of Palm Springs, I’ve seen this festival go from a local experiment to a global mainstay.
