Posted: Apr 08, 2017 STEVENSON, Md. –Stevenson University and Hood College split a MAC Commonwealth baseball doubleheader at Sugar Field on Saturday afternoon. The Mustangs recorded a 4-3 win in the opener, before the Blazers rallied for a 10-9 win in the nightcap. Hood (9-14, 4-8 MAC Commonwealth) staked itself to a 2-0 lead in the first inning of the opener, before the Mustangs (12-15, 5-7 MAC Commonwealth) plated two runs in the second and third innings to take a 4-2 lead.

Apr 23, 2017 STEVENSON, Md. –Stevenson University swept a MAC Commonwealth baseball doubleheader from No. 12 Alvernia University by scores of 4-3 and 8-7 Sunday afternoon at Sugar Field. The win clinches a series win for the Mustangs (17-18, 8-9 MAC Commonwealth) in the three-game series with the Crusaders, with the third game set for Monday at 3:30 at Alvernia.

May 04, 2017 MAC RELEASE ANNVILLE, Pa. –Four members of the Stevenson University baseball team were named to the MAC Commonwealth All-Conference team announced Thursday morning. Graduate student Kevin Kopas and junior Billy Small were each Second Team selections, while junior John D'Aquanno and sophomore Matthew Kerber were each Honorable Mention. Kopas batted a team-high .396 this season with a pair of home runs and 50 runs batted in while also hitting 12 doubles and three triples.
