Ultraflexible photoelectrical impedance tomography-based imager for 3-axis robotic tactile sensing
Abstract Vision-based robotic triaxial tactile sensing provides superior spatial resolution and rich multimodal data. However, employing rigid CMOS imagers suffers from limitations in mechanical flexibility and large-area scalability. Here we present a large-area ultraflexible photoelectrical impedance tomography (PIT)-based imager that achieves high-fidelity triaxial tactile sensing.
Psoriasis: microbiome dysbiosis and pathogenic mechanisms
Abstract Psoriasis is a chronic immune-mediated inflammatory disease whose pathogenesis is a triad of genetic predisposition, immune dysregulation, and environmental triggers. This review provides a novel, in-depth synthesis arguing that microbial dysbiosis is not merely an associative phenomenon but a central regulatory node within this triad, actively shaping immune responses and clinical phenotypes.
In‐Situ Vertical‐Contact Engineering of Laser‐Induced Graphene Nanotips for Ultra‐Sensitive Humidity Sensors
1 Introduction Humidity-sensing technology plays a vital role across diverse fields, including environmental monitoring, precision agriculture, pharmaceuticals, food safety, electronics manufacturing, and respiratory health monitoring.[1-3] In particular, tracking humidity fluctuations during inhalation and exhalation is critical for respiratory diagnostics,[4-7] with established utility in monitoring exercise, sleep apnea,[8, 9] respiratory diseases (such as asthma),[10] and cardiovascular...
Ultrathin Fe-MOF modified by Fe9S10 for highly efficient oxygen evolution reaction
Ultrathin Fe-MOF modified by Fe9S10 for highly efficient oxygen evolution reaction Developing efficient and economical catalysts is essential for water splitting. The application of MOFs catalyst in water splitting is limited by poor conductivity, and the introduction of conductive TMS could enhance the activity of them. Herein, the novel composite Fe9S10/Fe-MOF/NF-2 is constructed by introducing dendritic Fe9S10 onto the surface of 2D ultrathin Fe-MOF.
Low-temperature vapor reduction of graphene oxide electrodes for vertical organic field-effect transistors
Low-temperature vapor reduction of graphene oxide electrodes for vertical organic field-effect transistors Graphene based vertical organic field-effect transistors (VOFETs) are promising devices for realizing high current density at low operation voltage. However, high-quality graphene typically requires high temperature and complicated fabrication process, presenting a major barrier to roll-to-roll manufacturing.
Soft Fiber/Textile Actuators: From Design Strategies to Diverse Applications
Fiber/textile-based actuators have garnered considerable attention due to their distinctive attributes, encompassing higher degrees of freedom, intriguing deformations, and enhanced adaptability to complex structures. Recent studies highlight the development of advanced fibers and textiles, expanding the application scope of fiber/textile-based actuators across diverse emerging fields.
A Universal-Verification-Methodology-Based Testbench for the Coverage-Driven Functional Verification of an Instruction Cache Controller
1. Introduction As the complexity of chips increases, the task of verifying their functionality becomes more challenging. Any abnormal function within a chip module can lead to system failure, emphasizing the need for robust chip verification methods. Among the critical modules in a processor chip, the Cache [1,2] plays a significant role by storing frequently accessed instructions or data. It possesses features such as a relatively small capacity and high speed.
HISP: Heterogeneous Image Signal Processor Pipeline Combining Traditional and Deep Learning Algorithms Implemented on FPGA
5. Results 5.1. Optimal Acceleration Scheme Comparing the three different approaches of using ARM CPU with Ubuntu OS and a Tengine framework, using ARM + Tengine to call DLA for acceleration, and using bare-metal scheduling of specialized DPU, we evaluated their performance from different perspectives. We used different software frameworks to infer UNet under the Intel x86 i7 series CPU of a personal computer.

Elastic integrated electronics based on a stretchable n-type elastomer–semiconductor–elastomer stack - Nature Electronics
Abstract Elastic integrated electronics are of potential use in a range of emerging applications, particularly those that require devices that can form an interface with soft biological tissue. The development of such devices has typically focused on the creation of stretchy p-type semiconductors, and the lack of suitable stretchy n-type semiconductors limits the potential of stretchable integrated systems.
An elastic and reconfigurable synaptic transistor based on a stretchable bilayer semiconductor - Nature Electronics
Abstract Neurons of the ventral tegmental area of the brain contain single axon terminals that release excitatory and inhibitory neurotransmitters, creating reconfigurable synaptic behaviour. Artificial synaptic transistors that exhibit similar excitatory and inhibitory behaviour—and hence synaptic function reconfiguration—could provide diverse functionality and efficient computing in various applications.
Molecular Doping of Near-Infrared Organic Photodetectors for Photoplethysmogram Sensors
Molecular Doping of Near-Infrared Organic Photodetectors for Photoplethysmogram Sensors Doping is a common strategy in the field of semiconductor technology but its employment in organic photodetectors (OPDs) has been limited due to the typical incontrollable increase of the dark currents.
Percolative Polymer Composites for Dielectric Capacitors: A Brief History, Materials, and Multilayer Interface Design
Percolative Polymer Composites for Dielectric Capacitors: A Brief History, Materials, and Multilayer Interface Design High dielectric constant (high-k) polymer composites exhibit great potential in the fields of energy storage and field-effect transistors due to the advantages of easy processing, flexibility and low cost of polymers. Unfortunately, high-k ceramic/polymer composites generally require high filler loadings, exhibiting inferior processing and mechanical properties.

Frequency-Agile Low-Temperature Solution-Processed Alumina Dielectrics for Inorganic and Organic Electronics Enhanced by Fluoride Doping
The frequency-dependent capacitance of low-temperature solution-processed metal oxide (MO) dielectrics typically yields unreliable and unstable thin-film transistor (TFT) performance metrics, which hinders the development of next-generation roll-to-roll MO electronics and obscures intercomparisons between processing methodologies.
Breath figure-derived porous semiconducting films for organic electronics
Abstract Porous semiconductor film morphologies facilitate fluid diffusion and mass transport into the charge-carrying layers of diverse electronic devices.

Synergistic Boron Doping of Semiconductor and Dielectric Layers for High-Performance Metal Oxide Transistors: Interplay of Experiment and Theory
We report the results of a study to enhance metal oxide (MO) thin-film transistor (TFT) performance by doping both the semiconductor (In O ) and gate dielectric (Al O ) layers with boron (yielding IBO and ABO, respectively) and provide the first quantitative analysis of how B doping affects charge transport in these MO dielectric and semiconducting matrices.
Scandium-Catalyzed Self-Assisted Polar Comonomer Enchainment in Ethylene Polymerization
Direct coordinative copolymerization of ethylene with functionalized comonomers is a long-sought approach to introducing polyolefin functionality. However, functional group Lewis basicity typically depresses catalytic activity and comonomer incorporations. Finding alternatives to intensively studied group 4 d0 and late transition metal catalysts is crucial to addressing this long-standing challenge.
Carbohydrate-Assisted Combustion Synthesis To Realize High-Performance Oxide Transistors
Owing to high carrier mobilities, good environmental/thermal stability, excellent optical transparency, and compatibility with solution processing, thin-film transistors (TFTs) based on amorphous metal oxide semiconductors (AOSs) are promising alternatives to those based on amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) and low-temperature (8 cm2 V–1 s–1 on SiO /Si gate dielectrics with significantly improved bias-stress stability.
