1 Introduction Tangential flow filtration (TFF) is a critical separation technology in continuous bioprocessing, with increasing industry adoption (Coffman et al. 2021, 2021). In TFF systems, mammalian cell culture from a perfusion bioreactor flows tangentially through hollow fiber membranes, with filtered permeate passing through the semipermeable membrane while cells are recirculated to the bioreactor (WuDunn et al. 2024).
