Highlights • Electroencephalography pattern recognition aids in diagnosis of Lissencephaly. • EEG patterns corelate with clinical outcome better than radiological severity grading in children with Lissencephaly. • EEG pattern III is associated with severe developmental delay and drug resistant epilepsy.
