Bradley Liebe’s Biography

Bradley Liebe, hailing from Wisconsin, has accumulated over 20 years of extensive experience in non-profit and faith-based initiatives. His career has spanned various leadership roles, including positions as Student Ministries Director in Fort Myers, Florida, and as Executive Pastor and COO in Fresno, California. His skill set encompasses team leadership, project management, and financial oversight. Additionally, he is renowned for his dynamic public speaking and coaching abilities, engaging audiences worldwide with his impactful presentations.

Born and raised in Waupaca, Wisconsin, Bradley attended North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. During his collegiate years, he found his calling in leadership and community service, fostering a deep commitment to aiding others and nurturing effective teams.

He commenced his professional life as the Student Ministries Director at a Fort Myers, Florida church, serving from January 1992 until November 2000. In this role, he organized and managed weekly student events, crafted curricula, and designed activities aimed at fostering personal and spiritual growth among the youth.

He also spearheaded large-scale events nationally and internationally, drawing crowds of 100 to over 10,000 participants. These events were crucial in mentoring young individuals and aiding them in realizing their potential across various life domains.

In December 2000, he took a significant step by moving to Copenhagen, Denmark, to become the Executive Director of a new faith-based educational institution. There, he established a two-year residential program that quickly reached its full capacity of 50 international students. He was instrumental in raising $2 million to fund and sustain the institution, developing its curriculum, and overseeing daily operations.

Returning to the U.S. in 2003, he became Assistant Senior Pastor at his previous church in Fort Myers. During his tenure, church attendance more than doubled, and the church expanded from a single central location to five regional campuses. He managed a significant building project and modernized the church's technological infrastructure to support live-streamed services.

In 2009, Bradley became the Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin. Under his guidance, the church experienced a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions. He successfully eliminated a significant budget deficit and implemented financial strategies that led to a surplus.

In 2013, Bradley transitioned to the financial sector, becoming the President of a financial services firm focusing on senior citizens. He has dedicated the past decade to helping seniors achieve their financial goals and secure retirement.

Since 2008, he has also been involved in professional speaking and coaching, offering seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and change management. His seminars are celebrated for their practical advice and relatability.

In January 2014, Bradley assumed the role of Executive Pastor and COO at another church, overseeing its various ministries and operations, focusing on fostering a community grounded in love, truth, and sacrificial values.

Married since 1991, he and his wife have three children. His life is profoundly influenced by his family, who inspire his ongoing commitment to his faith, love, and service.
