Ingredients 1.5-inch ginger root ¼ cup raw pumpkin seeds ⅜ cup hemp hearts 1 apple 1 cucumber (sub 1 large carrot during winter) 2 cups frozen chopped spinach 2 cups flax milk 1.5 cups water Directions Get out your blender and assemble your ingredients. Break or cut off a chunk of ginger root and put it in the blender.
