Ben James did not ease his way into professional golf. He stepped right into the deep end, rolled in a 25-foot eagle putt to begin his second round at the RBC Canadian Open and then spent the rest of Friday at TPC Toronto at Osprey Valley looking like someone who had been waiting for this moment his whole life. James, making his professional debut, fired a bogey-free 7-under 63 to reach 10-under 130 and take a one-shot lead into the weekend.
