@Jin Zhang Interest rates and property values are sort of irrelevant to me. Don't get me wrong, I won't buy a property that is way over priced, but at the end of the day, I could care less what the interest rate is and the purchase price is so long as the deal meets my cash flow goal/need. And so what if property values drop in the next year or so. We're talking buy-and-hold so no plan to sell it anyway.

Hey @Annette Holbrook. I can't speak to your area, but as someone who has a similar sized lake house that is rural I can comment on family stuff. We have it all setup for families. There is the lake of course and the bike trail right in front of our house. There is hiking, hunting for garnets, fishing etc. Maybe we have more to do, but I am betting that your area has as much if not more. Our average length of stay is about 5 days. Almost all families. We get 3 days stays (our minimum) pretty often.

Local non-Hermitian (NH) quantum systems generically exhibit breakdown of Lieb-Robinson (LR) bounds, motivating study of whether new locality measures might shed light not seen by existing measures. In this paper we discuss extensions of the connected correlation function (CC) as measures of locality and information spreading in both Hermitian and NH systems.
