He's loosely based on a real ventriloquist dummy from 1960's Spain that terrorized the childhood of a relative of someone on our team, so there's a very real fear underneath him. And yes, there's absolutely more lore to dig into as you progress; we didn't put that kind of history into him just to leave it unused.

In the end, “Necrophosis: Full Consciousness” is a title that ultimately fails the immensely promising concepts on which it was built. The beautiful world, inspired by Zdzisław Beksiński, is a delight to behold, but its contents are lacking. The Lovecraftian beings and structures that players encounter are depicted in all the grandness they deserve, but are never utilized to full effect.
