On the basis of this highly formal declaration, ice cream companies started promoting the day and urging people to partake in this chilly treat as frequently as they could throughout the month of July.

It sounds kind of dumb, but being able to go longer hours without smoking. My boss was pretty strict with smoke and bathroom breaks. I had been used to being able to hit my vape about every 5 minutes all day everyday since I started smoking. The longest I had gone was an hour for class. Working there, I learned how to be okay without doing that. At first, it was tough and my brain was constantly begging for nicotine, but after a while, I didn’t even realize it was time for my smoke break already.
