Opinion: Keegan Bradley Deserves Ryder Cup Berth

Six weeks ago, when Keegan Bradley won the 2025 Travelers Championship title — his second in three seasons, the Vermont native appeared an almost shoo-in to become the first Ryder Cup playing captain since Arnold Palmer in 1963. But in five starts since that win in late June, Bradley had struggled, posting just a single top-25 finish (T17 at the BMW Championship, which featured a field of only 50 players). Bradley’s mediocre results put his playing hopes on life support.

U.S. Open: Cameron Young Headlines Final Qualifiers for Oakmont

Cameron Young was among the final three players to earn full exemptions for the U.S. Open that begins Thursday at Oakmont Country Club in Oakmont, Pa. Young, who nearly notched his first PGA Tour victory Sunday in the RBC Canadian Open before finishing in a tie for fourth, was joined by Ryan Fox of New Zealand and Bud Cauley of Jacksonville Beach, Fla., bringing the number of fully exempt players to 87.

Scottie Scheffler Dominates Hometown CJ Cup Byron Nelson with Record-Tying Victory

Scottie Scheffler insisted he wasn’t concerned or anxious that he hadn’t won yet in 2025, that he had had some good recent finishes and was “definitely trending in the right direction.” Much of those thoughts could be attributed to not being able to make proper preparations for the season due to injuring his right hand when he tried using a wine glass to roll pasta for ravioli while making Christmas dinner, one of the many off-the-course attributes for the religious Scheffler.
