I have been writing new car reviews for newspapers and www.brucehotchkiss.net for about 40 years. I am a certified automotive technician and have been involved in the automotive industry since age 16 (a long time ago). I was employed by the State of California, Department of Consumer Affairs for twenty years retiring in 2010.
