So, I’m new to the forum after listening to a couple podcasts it seems like an awesome network and I’m just looking for some advice. I just graduated from college about 6 months ago and I have some money saved up and a lot more invested (mostly stocks, 401k, whole life insurance). I have enough to put down on a multi family house and still have some extra for minor repairs in cash.

Hi Matt, A dropshipping business is definitely viable and a good opportunity to pursue. However, I do encourage you to think about whether this is something you really want to get into. Getting started is as always the hardest part - building out the logistics, legal bits (for import duties, etc), marketing (be it a website, direct b2b marketing or Amazon) and sourcing the right suppliers are all equally difficult (yet interesting) tasks.

Hey all, I'm a first-time investor looking to do my first house hack in New Bedford, MA. I'm looking to connect with investors with experience with the city. Why New Bedford? I know that taxes and tenants get tricky here, but overall I have many reasons to want to invest here. It's close to home, with many hospitals, burgeoning culture and arts scene, and commuter rail in the works. I believe in the city and have been overjoyed to see it prosper so much in recent years.
