Citadel patrons should pay repair bill
This would be a good place to take a stand; sell the building and property and move on. Larry Kassian, Edmonton I find it very confusing that Danielle Smith, a self-proclaimed libertarian, and her government, recently introduced Bills 18 and 20. With these two bills, the UCP is assuming much greater control over monies given to municipalities and universities from the federal government, as well as asserting more control over the decisions made by municipal councils.
