In interviews, Dems now mentioning other extraneous issues (community health center funding, etc) to suggest it's not all about DACA. 
For those who note that Senate could pass government funding bill without subjecting it to 60-vote standard, if it chose. Yes, it could. Sen. McConnell asked to take up bill without 60-vote threshold. Sen. Schumer objected.
