To usefully inform the assessment of implementation determinants, mechanisms, processes, strategies, and outcomes, measures must be both psychometrically sound and pragmatic. This study advances previous work [2, 6] by engaging stakeholders to conceptualize domains that comprise the pragmatic measure construct. The 47 criteria previously identified through a systematic literature review and semi-structured interviews [6] were grouped into four categories: acceptable, compatible, easy, and useful.
