Electronic Health Records Nurses Number of participants (n=20) might be considered a limitation; however, data were rich and no new information was found after 12 interviews. Interviews were conducted by phone and video due to participants’ preferences; no differences could be seen in the quality of these. Convenience sampling was used, which means that those who were interested in the topic (positively or negatively) participated.
