INTRODUCTION Pseudomonas fluorescens, a common psychrophilic and Gram-negative bacterium, is widely present in soil, air, water and other dairy farm environments. It can be easily introduced into raw milk, and extensive studies have consistently confirmed it as one of the dominant microorganisms in raw milk (Yuan et al. 2017; Du et al. 2022; Li et al. 2023; Yan et al. 2023a).
