1 Introduction DBD is a classical source of nonthermal plasma at atmospheric pressure [1–4]. DBD in general involves filamentary discharges under normal pressure, but the discharge space suffers from the uneven distribution of energy density that limits its application to the industry. Compared with the filamentary discharge, homogeneous dielectric barrier discharge (HDBD) has the advantages of homogeneity and stability.
