The United States Congress has cast its vote in favor of “The One Big, Beautiful Bill” (OBBB), a sweeping tax reform initiative designed to overhaul the U.S. tax code. This legislation encompasses a myriad of tax provisions, including making several existing measures permanent, the repeal and modification of various others, and the introduction of new tax provisions.

On May 22, 2025, the U.S. House of Representatives advanced legislation, known as "The One, Big, Beautiful Bill" (the "Bill"), introducing several major provisions and changes to the tax code which exempt organizations and their leaders should be paying close attention to. Now that the Bill has passed the House, the next step is consideration in the Senate, where a number of changes are likely to occur.
