Identifying key determinants influencing the sustainment of physical activity and nutrition programs in Australian primary schools

Of the 295 randomly selected primary schools invited to participate in this sustainment component of the survey, 88 schools were found to be ineligible and therefore excluded. The principal or a selected nominee for 207 (70.2% of the total eligible sample) schools participated in the study. More than half of the included schools (64.2%) were government funded, and 59.4% of participants had been in their role for between 12 months and five years.
