MADISON (WKOW) -- Democrat Brett Hulsey, who will not be on the ballot for the Democratic primary in the gubernatorial race because he did not file any signatures, launched a write-in effort Thursday. "I am sorry I did not get on the ballot so I am doing a write-in campaign to fight for my grandchildren and all Wisconsin families to invest in our children, property taxpayers, renters, and workers," the former state representative said in a statement to 27 News.
