One of Those Days
Sometimes I have days where I feel like I don’t exist. I can’t help the voices in my head. They’re only a part of the problem. I know that if I were to probably go to a therapist, they could probably tell me the real reason I am the way I am. Sometimes I feel like a nobody. I cry and cry with no real knowledge as to why. There’s no way to help it and the tears don’t stop coming. It doesn’t matter how much I will them away. I hate being alone. Why do I feel so alone exactly?
The Worst Fear | Harness Magazine
Mental Health by Charlotte King • January 5, 2020 The worst fear is not the kind that paralyzes you. It is not the kind that makes you choke on bile and irregular heartbeats. As the days go on and life throws more and more curve balls I can’t help but feel like every time I try to do the right thing and solve my problems that I am just making it worse. ‘There’s no time for tears or for depression to kick in’ is what I tell myself. But when you keep feeling like you’re letting your loved ones down, what do you do? How do you fix it?
Letting Go of Fear
Mental Health by Emily Bruce • November 11, 2019 I recently posted about letting go of what does not serve me on my Vocal page. In my post, I dug deeper into the meditation mantra to “let go of what does not serve you” and defined what that meant for me. As part of my meta deep dive I stated one of the more spiritual things I’ve decided to let go of is fear. Letting go of fear sounds great on paper, but who would I be if I didn’t question and overanalyze what that really meant.
