Townsite Community Land Trust (TCLT) is a local affordable housing nonprofit promoting historic preservation and community investment by rehabilitating Flagstaff’s small historic homes for use long into the future. We retain their historic character, make them energy efficient and sell them at a below market price to local households. TCLT ensures that Flagstaff residents who otherwise would be priced out of home ownership can have housing security and put down roots in our neighborhoods.
