Biradial turbine generator-set for off-grid OWC wave energy converters

English Wave energy converters for powering off-grid electrical systems have the potential to support the development of the Blue Economy. The goal of the present doctoral research was to design a turbo-generator, based on a biradial turbine, for oscillating water column wave energy converters to power off-grid continuous-current electrical systems. Interviews with professionals of ocean monitoring equipment confirmed the applicability of this device.
