Swords are a common weapon in the world of Solo Leveling. Hunters, especially the fighter class, wield swords to slay magical beasts, and at times, unsheathe them to defeat rival hunters. Using a sword isn't limited to hunters, as several of Sung Jinwoo's shadows primarily rely on blades to carry out their master's orders on the battlefield.

Rather than overtaking the original story, production studios often insert filler episodes or anime-only content in between canon events once an adaptation catches up with its source material. Filler is especially common in long-running anime with more than 50 episodes, such as One Piece, Bleach, and Naruto.

Born from the juvenile Ten-Tails, Code's Claw Marks, and Claw Grimes, the Shinju Clones are sentient Human God Trees who become the strongest villains in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. Led by the powerful Jura, the Shinju Clones aim to devour their targets in an attempt to understand themselves better rather than blindly following their instincts.
