Personalised CARdiovascular DIsease risk Assessment for Chinese (P-CARDIAC) is a newly developed cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk prediction model in Hong Kong which has not been implemented in the real world. We aim to implement this model in real-world settings to evaluate the acceptability and expectations of P-CARDIAC among clinicians and the general public through a questionnaire, and to assess its feasibility within pharmacist-led services in local primary healthcare system.
