1 Introduction Early intervention and appropriate treatment are crucial for achieving a favorable prognosis for a traumatized tooth. According to IADT 2020, after traumatic dental injuries (TDI), children are often taken to dentists or pediatric dentists for initial care [1]. Proper management of acute TDIs, including accurate diagnosis and treatment, is essential for the prognosis of the injured teeth and the development of a healthy dentoalveolar complex.

MPP3 demonstrated comparable effectiveness when used alone with fluoride gel, indicating it can be used as a nonfluoride remineralization agent. A synergistic effect when combining MPP3 and fluoride was observed to be higher than when using fluoride gel alone. A combination of MPP3 and fluoride can be an effective preventive agent, especially for patient groups with a high risk of caries.
