Cerys Turner’s Biography
I am a award-winning freelance journalist who has written for The Sunday Times, Metro, and Refinery29, among others.
I recently graduated from Investigative Journalism MA at City University, where I developed an excellent foundation in news reporting, writing accurate copy to tight deadlines. I am also experienced in utilising Freedom of Information requests and open-source techniques to run data-led investigations
Prior to this, I was the Editor-in-Chief of Warwick University's student newspaper The Boar, where I led the news team to break exclusives and conducted a continued investigation into sexual assault at the University.
