I’m delighted to announce that Tom Denison has joined The Times as editor, video training, based in New York. In this newly created role, Tom will work closely with Solana Pyne and other leaders in Video, desk leadership, NDS and me to build and deepen video skills across the newsroom. He will build on the coaching already offered by Video to help reporters and editors to identify and implement video reporting as an extension of their journalism.
